Business User Information
When you register for an account as a Business User, we collect information that identifies you, such as:

- Email address and Business Email address
- Phone number and Business Phone Number
- Billing information and payment details
- Business address
- Bank account information (for payouts)
Client Information
When clients book services through your booking website, we collect:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Service Address(es)
- Vehicle Information (make, model)
- Service preferences and history

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:

- Personalize and improve the Services and provide content or features that match user profiles or interests
- Respond to your emails, submissions, comments, questions, and requests, and provide customer service

- Send you marketing communications about products, services, offers, programs, and promotions

4.1 With Business Users and Clients
- We share Client information with the Business User that the Client books services with, to facilitate the provision of those services.
- Business Users can access information about their own Clients, including contact information, booking details, and service history.
4.2 With Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, including:
- Payment processors to process transactions
- Cloud hosting providers to store our data
- Email and SMS service providers to send communications
- Analytics providers to help us understand how our Services are used

We may share information if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:

Business User accounts that are terminated will have their data retained for 30 days after the end of their billing cycle, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or electronic communications service is ever completely secure or error-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Business Users must establish and maintain clear policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and other service terms. These policies should be made available to Clients through the Service.
9. Client Information For Business Users
As a Business User, you may receive personal information from Clients through our Services. You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws
- Obtain all necessary rights and consents to collect, use, and share Client information
- Use Client information only for the purposes of providing the automotive detailing services that Clients have requested
- Implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Client information
- Not use Client information for marketing or advertising purposes without explicit consent

If you are a California resident, California law requires us to provide you with additional information regarding how we collect, use, and share your "personal information" (as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA")).
