What You'll Configure
Business Hours - Set your working days and times that appear as available slots on your booking site
Style & Bio - Customize your booking site's appearance with your business description and brand colors
Booking Configuration - Control online booking availability, concurrent job limits, and buffer times between appointments
Questions & Policies - Add pre-booking questions and require agreement to your terms, cancellation policy, and weather policy
Vehicle Categories - Choose which vehicle types customers can select when booking
Photo Requirements - Require customers to upload vehicle photos for specific service types
These settings give you complete control over your online presence while maintaining flexibility for manual bookings you create in the app.
Setting Business Hours
Your business hours define when customers can book appointments online. These hours control what's available on your booking site while giving you flexibility when creating jobs manually.
Quick Steps
Tap EDIT next to Business Hours on your Business Profile
Set Hours for Each Day:
Tap the opening time to select when your day starts
Tap the closing time to select when your day ends
Use the time picker to scroll and select hours and minutes
Toggle Days On/Off:
Toggle ON (green) - Day is available for online bookings
Toggle OFF (gray) - Day is closed and won't show on your booking site

How It Works
For Online Bookings: Customers only see available time slots within your set business hours on enabled days.
For Manual Job Creation: As a business owner or employee, you can:
Book jobs outside business hours if needed
Use "Show Availability" to see open slots within your business hours
Override restrictions for special appointments or loyal customers
This gives you the control to accept online bookings during your standard hours while maintaining flexibility for custom scheduling.
Setting Business Info
Your business information appears on your booking site, invoices, and customer communications. Keep this updated to maintain a professional presence.

Add Business Logo (Optional)
Tap Change Picture to upload your logo

Toggle OFF - Completely disables online booking (useful during vacation or when fully booked)

Set how many jobs you can handle at the same time
Have 1 van? Set to 1
Multiple teams or vehicles? Set accordingly

Buffer Time
Automatically adds time between jobs to prevent back-to-back scheduling
Gives you travel time and flexibility between appointments
Prevents customers from booking exactly when your previous job ends
Set to 0 minutes to disable
Questions
Ask if Water is Available
Toggle ON - Customers must answer yes/no when booking
Helps you know ahead of time if you might need extra water
Ask if Electric is Available
Toggle ON - Customers must answer yes/no when booking
Useful if you need to plug in equipment or might run out of power

Terms customers must agree to when booking online
If left empty, no agreement is required
Tap EDIT to add or update your terms
Cancellation Policy
Toggle ON - Enables the cancellation policy
Tap EDIT to write your policy
Customers must agree to this policy when booking
Cancellation Policy Amount
Set the percentage (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) customers are charged if they cancel within 24 hours
Requires "Require Card" to be enabled (explained later in this guide)
When set above 0%, the percentage displays on your booking site and customers must agree
Note: Automated charging functionality is still in development
Weather Policy
Toggle ON - Enables the weather policy
Tap EDIT to write your policy for weather-related cancellations or rescheduling
Displays on the booking site when enabled and text is added
Vehicle Categories Accepted
Control which vehicle types customers can select when booking online. This helps focus your booking site on the vehicles you actually service.
How It Works:
Toggle ON (green) - Vehicle category appears as an option on your booking site
Toggle OFF (gray) - Vehicle category is hidden from online bookings
Available Categories:
Automotive (cars, trucks, SUVs, vans)
Boat
Bus
Camper
Helicopter
Aircraft
Jetski
Motorcycle

Semi-Truck

Example: If your business only details cars and boats, enable only AUTOMOTIVE and BOAT. This keeps your booking site focused on what you offer.
Important: Even with categories disabled for online booking, you can still manually create vehicles in any category when adding clients or creating jobs in the app. This setting only controls what appears on your public booking site
Payment Settings
Require Payment Card
Toggle ON - Customers must enter a card at booking (no charge is made immediately)
Required for cancellation policy charges to work
Makes future payments easier—clients can pay invoices without re-entering card details
Future feature: Charge cards on file directly from the app
Booking Deposit
Set the percentage (0%, 5%, 10%, 20%) of the job total charged at time of booking
Collected immediately when customer completes their booking
Tax
Apply Taxes
Toggle ON - Automatically applies tax to all jobs
Tax Rate
Tap EDIT to set your tax percentage
Applied to all jobs when taxes are enabled
Additional Fees
Tap EDIT to configure automatic fees that apply during online booking:
Third Row Upcharge
Automatically applied when a vehicle has more than 5 seats
Amount is shown to customers during booking
Can be added or removed manually when editing jobs
Stain Removal
If set above $0, customers are asked: "Do you have any stains that need to be removed? We charge $X for stain removal"
Fee automatically applies if they select yes
Pet Hair Removal
If set above $0, customers are asked: "Do you allow pets in your car? We charge $X for pet hair removal"
Fee automatically applies if they select yes

Photo Requirements
Control when customers must upload photos of their vehicle during booking.
Required Photos
Toggle ON for any service category type to require photos:
INTERIOR Services - Customers must upload photos when booking interior services
EXTERIOR Services - Customers must upload photos when booking exterior services
OTHER Services - Customers must upload photos when booking specialty services
ALLOW PHOTOS LATER
Toggle ON - Gives customers the option to skip photos at booking
If skipped, they receive a text message after booking with a link to upload photos later
