Your booking site provides customers with a streamlined, professional booking experience. Let's walk through each step of the booking flow so you understand exactly what your customers see.
Step 1: Vehicle Selection
For Returning Customers: If a client has an account and is logged in, they'll see a list of their saved vehicles:
Vehicle name/identifier
Category and body type (e.g., "Automotive • SUV")
Option to select an existing vehicle or add a new one
For New Customers: They'll be prompted to add their vehicle information during the booking process.
Customers can enhance their service with optional add-ons. Each add-on card displays:
Add-on Name - Clear service name (e.g., "Machine Wax," "Spray Sealant")
Add-on Image - Visual representation
Description - Brief explanation of what's included (e.g., "4-6 month protection")
Price - Additional cost (e.g., "+$80.00")
Duration - Time added to the appointment (e.g., "+45 min")
Add Button - Tap to include this add-on
Smart Filtering: Only relevant add-ons appear based on the service category type selected. For example, exterior add-ons only show when booking exterior services.
Customers can select multiple add-ons or skip this step entirely if they just want the base service.
Add-ons help increase your average ticket while giving customers control over their service package. Learn more about creating add-ons.
Step 5: Multiple Vehicle Option
After selecting their service and add-ons, customers are prompted to add additional vehicles to the same appointment:
"Add Another Vehicle?"
Yes, Add Another Vehicle - Returns to vehicle selection to add services for another vehicle
No, Continue to Next Step - Proceeds to scheduling
Note at bottom: "You can book multiple vehicles in a single appointment to save time."
This feature is perfect for families with multiple vehicles or clients who want to detail multiple cars at once.
Step 6: Date & Time Selection
Customers choose when they want their appointment scheduled.
Choose Date
Displays a date picker (e.g., "Saturday, November 1st, 2025")
Choose Time
Shows available time slots in a grid format
Each time slot displays:

Availability status - "Available" shown under open slots
Selected time is highlighted (shown with blue border)
Only slots within your business hours are displayed
Unavailable times are automatically hidden
