Most of what a detailing business needs is already inside DetailerMade — payments included. For everything else, there's Zapier.

Zapier
Connect DetailerMade to thousands of other apps without writing code.
Generate a Zapier key from your account, connect through our Zapier invite, and DetailerMade events can trigger anything Zapier can reach — a Google Sheets row, a Slack message, a Mailchimp contact, an accounting entry.
Show your Google rating and reviews on your booking page.
Paste your Google Maps share link into your business profile and your rating and reviews appear on your booking page and public profile — social proof at exactly the moment someone is deciding whether to book you.

Your bank
Take card payments and get paid out daily — no third-party processor account.
Most detailing software asks you to bring your own Stripe or Square account. DetailerMade has payment processing built in: connect your bank once, take deposits and invoice payments, and money is batched and paid out to you daily. Card payments are 2.99% + $0.30, plus $0.30 per deposit.

Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok
Link your social profiles from your booking page.
Add your handles once and they show on your public booking page, so a client who found you through the booking link can find your work — and a client who found your work can book.

What you can automate with Zapier
DetailerMade publishes ten triggers. Each one can start a Zap that does whatever you like in any of Zapier's connected apps.
Triggers
New job
Job updated
New job payment
New invoice
New receipt
New estimate
New client
New client message
New rating
New compliment
Things detailers actually build
Log every payment to a spreadsheet
New job payment → append a row in Google Sheets. Useful if your bookkeeper wants a running ledger they can see.
Get a Slack ping for every booking
New job → post to a Slack channel, so the whole crew sees tomorrow's work without opening the app.
Add new clients to your mailing list
New client → create a Mailchimp or Resend contact, so your seasonal offers reach everyone automatically.
Know instantly when a review comes in
New rating → send yourself a text or email, so a bad one gets answered the same day rather than next week.
Push invoices into your accounting tool
New invoice → create the matching record in QuickBooks, Xero or whatever you use, until we build it natively.
Chase estimates that go quiet
New estimate → start a follow-up sequence in your email tool, so a quote doesn't die because nobody chased it.
Worth knowing: our Zapier app is still going through Zapier's official review, so you connect it through an invite link rather than finding it in their public directory. It works exactly the same; it just isn't listed yet.
Not yet — and we'd rather say so
If one of these is a dealbreaker, tell us. Demand is genuinely how this list gets shorter.
QuickBooks and Xero
No native sync today. You can bridge invoices and payments through Zapier in the meantime.
Google Calendar and Apple Calendar
Your DetailerMade calendar doesn't sync to a personal calendar yet. It's a frequent request and it's on the list.
Your own phone number for client texts
Client texts currently send from a shared DetailerMade number. Per-business numbers are in active development — see the roadmap.
Route optimisation
We don't order your day's jobs into an optimal drive route. If that's central to how you work, say so and it moves up the list.
