The client checks the box before the booking completes. The terms lock to that job, even if you change the policy later.
Cancel outside the window, no charge.
Cancel online inside the window, and they pay the fee to cancel.
Cancel by text instead, and the fee you agreed on is yours to collect from the job, with the card they saved.
