Batch Processes Display

• Admins of a business who receive payments through booking site can now track the status of those funds
• Viewable only on the website account page for now (https://detailermade.com/account)

Preset Discounts

• Businesses can now create preset discounts from the business profile page
  • Types: “FIXED” dollar amount or “PERCENT” for percentage of job
  • Discounts can easily be applied to a job from the job details page

Invoice/Receipt PDF Optimization

• Previously, a business could send a direct link of a receipt to a client via text from the job details page
• PDFs for both Invoice and Receipt can now be viewed, printed, and downloaded from the booking client account page and viewing the details of a job in the job history
• Clients also have the option to download the invoice at time of job payment and download the receipt after job is paid

Business Hour Windows

• We added the ability to add additional “OPEN” windows.
• For example, I may want to set my hours for Monday as “8:00 AM - 11:00 AM”, “12:30 PM - 6:00PM”

Custom SMS Notifications

• Businesses can now edit the messages sent to clients via text.
• These include:
  • Job Status messages
  • Job Update messages
  • Job Reminder messages
  • and more

UPDATED

Job Quotes

• Previously: a new quote would get created when any change price change was made, job items added or removed, etc. This lead to a lot of unnecessary quote creations and unexpected behavior at times
• Now:A new quote only gets created under the following conditions:
  • Job item is added or removed
  • The service or vehicle is updated on an existing job item
• All other updates to a quote (like adjusting price or applying discounts) will apply to the current quote
• If prices are adjusted to a job item and a new quote is generated after, the adjusted prices will persist across the quote

BUGS FIXED

General

• Adjusted prices were not persisting after a job was updated
• Fix some minor problems preventing users from registering

App

• Fixed dark mode styling on drop downs
• Update save button not enabling if the job service location in-shop
• Unable to create a new address or vehicle from the edit job page
• Problem where the calendar was not respecting the selected calendar view in settings.
